Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact our customer service department by phone at the number provided or by email at info@hindustanglass.com. After the cancellation request is received, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be started within 24 to 48 business hours.

Returns Policy:

Please be aware that returns will only be accepted in cases where the goods were delivered incorrectly or damaged. Within seven days after the delivery date, all return requests must be made via our website. Consumers can phone this number to submit return requests: Contact number: (+91) 91537 22404.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be sent back in their original, undamaged packing. Customers must attach pictures of the invoice, the goods, and their packaging at the time of the request for the return or replacement to be handled.

If an item is broken or defective, we will replace it right away and at no extra charge. Customers must, however, provide pictures of the invoice, a clear snapshot of the damaged or faulty item, and pictures of the packaging with their return request to speed up this procedure.

Our logistics partner will pick up the item and bring it to our warehouse. After that, the refund process will begin. After we get the items, the refund procedure could take up to 15 days. Within 72 hours of receiving the order, please notify us by phone at (+91) 91537 22404 or by email at info@hindustanglass.com if the order is erroneous or incomplete.

Returns will not be accepted for:
  • ● Damages brought on by abuse

  • ● Items whose labels or packaging have been tampered with cause unintentional harm

  • ● Items returned in a condition other than the one in which they were received

  • ● Items returned without complete components.

  • ● Customized/Personalized items
